Shana is an intelligent, thoughtful music teacher who finds the right balance of accommodating students’ individual learning styles with motivating students to achieve and succeed beyond expectations. Our son was diagnosed with autism at age three. Shana began working with him ensemble performances when he was in high school. He is now a student in college majoring in music. It's hard to put into words the amount of joy my son expresses when he's finished playing a song using Shana's adaptive piano lessons. Shana really knows her stuff and is able to adapt her approach to the child's needs. We take videos and share them with our whole family every lesson!
